@rosario.disomma Sorry you're having trouble with the billing info process! While our billing systems are capable of processing credit cards from all over the world, we’re currently only allowing signups from USA, Canada, and England. We realize this is not an ideal situation and will be looking into enabling signups from more countries in the next few weeks.
In the meantime, I would not recommend using one of the available countries if it doesn't match the actual billing address for your credit card. The mismatch of information has the possibility of flagging your account as fraudulent, which could lock your account; we definitely don't want that!
